Sam Berry, head trainer at Finally Home Farm, is originally from Colorado and now based out of Lexington, Kentucky. He has spent his life traveling and competing around the United States acquiring the skills required to run and manage his own sales and training operation. Sam has worked for successful breeding, training, and sales barns before opening Finally Home Farm. This has provided him experience with horses ranging from unbroke young stock, to horses competing in FEI Grand Prix level.
As a rider, Sam has had success in both the hunter and jumper rings, from low levels with green horses to hunter derbies and upper level jumpers. As an instructor, Sam has been part of the coaching team for Pony Finalists, Equitation Finalists and Hunter champions.
